All of us have experienced incidents of astral projection. Yeah, I hear you: Not me. Sure you have. Problem is; you think it was something else. Here’s a very efficient but painful astral projection techniques. Try it and I guarantee you, you will astral project. I don’t recommend you try it, mind you. In fact, I strongly urge you not to try it, because it will cause permanent, massive brain damage if your lucky; more likely. It will kill you.

Without wearing a helmet, run as fast as you can down a cement sidewalk. When you are at your peak speed, leap into the air and come down on the cement on your head, without using your arms or shoulder to break your fall.

You will go through a period of disorientation as your brain gets smashed against the inside of your skull, causing you to release the anchor points you are holding onto that keep you aligned with the physical body. Without these you will flail about, bouncing between the quantum fields that constitute the limits of our time wave.

If you manage to re-grab all eight anchor points, you will survive without permanent brain damage. How likely is it that you can re-grab all eight anchor points after a massive blow to the brain? It is as likely as your chances of throwing 8 marble-size hard rubber balls as hard as you can at an uneven stone wall twenty feet away and catching all eight before any one hits the ground.

The good news is, you can probably catch one or two. The bad news is that keeps you alive, but with the consciousness-level of a plant (1 anchor point connectivity) or a plankton (2 anchor point connectivity).

Less violent collisions – like the ones kids get when they fall off their bikes or trikes or fall down stairs, are most peoples first experience with astral projection. So you know you can do it. What you need are astral projection techniques that allow you to project but with control.
